  I've been living here for a few months, and I'm so glad I chose Beacon Square! From my first initial inquiry, to move to, to now, I have felt nothing but welcomed here. Kim is a great manager, and she always does little things for residents, like give small bags of candy or a laundry pod to show appreciation. Every neighbor (and their pets) that I've met have been extremely friendly! You also can't beat this location! You are right up the street from the heart of Chicopee and close to all of the major highways. This studio is so spacious! The closet size is perfect, and you can comfortably fit everything you'll need. I am so glad I chose to move here!

  Our honest experience here: Heavily overpriced for the space that you get, and noisy! My boyfriend moved in March 2017. Neighbor's dog barks early in the morning for hours on end. My boyfriend and I have complained three times already to the property manager. The property manager can only "talk to them". The owner has apparently tried a lot of different things to stop the dog from barking but as of June 2017 it continues. After complaining and being told there is nothing more that can be done other than both parties being evicted, we are writing this review in absolute frustration and also to warn others. Also, there was one morning this week where we woke up to what sounded like some kind of saw cutting through metal. We figured out later that they were just doing apartment renovations two doors down, but it would have been nice to know we were going to wake up to that. The property manager did apologize for this. This place seems more geared for someone who works a traditional 9-5. The building is kept clean. Unless you are willing to enforce the "quiet enjoyment of your apartment" with a lawyer and document everything, save yourself the frustration. Don't move here! Also it says on the bottom there that the issue is resolved but it is not as of June 7 2017 and that's why this review is up. To warn others. Again, this is our actual experience here, and since we are now being punished for it, I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.
